The Insect Charter

A Drawing of Featuring June as the "Widow of Hightower" and her Friend Anthony "Rider". I had issues trying to get a sense of scale for June compared to the ants, trying to convey the idea of an Armored Mantis charging into battle. The Insect Charter is basically a combination of the giant monster/robot Genre on the scale of Insects. The larger insects and animals fight other insects with the aid of Riders who act as spotters and operate the armaments (Guns and defenses mounted on the larger insects). A very silly idea that is kind of awesome.
The Character concept designs for June (without her Armor) and Anthony were done by thelivingshadow.deviantart.com… who help me in the starting process of creating the character designs and overall look for the insects. 
Junes Armor is inspired by "Big O" and the country song "Streamline Cannonball".
